This workshop will focus on safe and effective techniques from Thai Massage & therapeutic Acro Yoga to release tension from the body and mind. It is a feel good class that will inspire, empower and nurture. We’ll harness the energy of Metta - loving kindness, while building trust and connections. Learn to give and receive a gentle Thai massage sequence and experience the magic of inversion therapy. All levels welcome, no experience or partner necessary. Come in comfortable clothes and bring a mat and blanket to lay on. No experience needed! Just warm hands, an open heart.
