Rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, energy healing and intuitive spiritual practices. Each gathering includes transformative energy activations designed to nourish Qi (life force energy), restore balance and support emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. Led by Maria Talbot, Spiritual Health Practitioner and Intuitive Healer, sessions weave together meditation, intuitive insights, seasonal TCM wisdom and practical tools for cultivating harmony and self-discovery.
