Step off the mat and into the air! This all-levels aerial arts workshop introduces the fundamentals of aerial silks in a supportive, playful environment. Designed with beginners in mind, this class will cover foundational climbs and poses while exploring the creativity, strength, and body awareness that make aerial arts so rewarding. No prior aerial experience is required. More experienced participants will be offered progressions and creative challenges to deepen their practice and refine technique. Note: This is an aerial silks class, not an aerial yoga class. Participants will learn foundational aerial silks skills including climbing, wraps, poses, and creative movement on the fabric. While you'll experience many of the same benefits—body awareness, confidence, focus, and playfulness—the emphasis is on aerial technique and exploration rather than yoga postures and sequencing. Suitable for: Complete beginners through experienced aerialists What to wear: Comfortable clothing that you can go upside in; avoid jewelry, zippers, or other items that could snag the fabric. What to expect: A welcoming, empowering experience that builds confidence, strength, and flexibility.
