We'll begin with a gentle, accessible yoga flow to release tension, move stagnant energy, and prepare the body for stillness. From there, you'll settle into a cozy shavasana for an extended guided Yoga Nidra meditation—often called "yogic sleep"—a powerful practice that exists somewhere between waking and dreaming. As you are guided through layers of relaxation and awareness, you'll have the opportunity to release stress, restore your energy, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. Many participants leave feeling as though they've taken a long, restorative nap while remaining completely conscious throughout the experience. Props are encouraged and available. Please bring warm layers, socks, or anything that helps you feel comfortable and supported as the body cools during rest.
